Switch the machine into the active phase's configured Context

Applies the Context configured for the active pipeline phase (universal/<phase>-phase-context) and switches the machine into it. Place this stage first in a phase-start workflow so the rest of the phase runs in the phase's Context. Phases with no configured context run on the machine.
