universal/phase-index¶

Tracks the workflow index within the current pipeline phase

Set and advanced by content/templates/ucw-pipe.{sh,py,ps1}.tmpl as the chain workflow walks each phase's workflows. universal-pipeline-start resets it to -1. This file declares the param schema so .Param resolves to the default on first render rather than erroring with "not in scope", and for validation and discoverability.
