Checks connectivity to the Internet
Used to verify that the runner is able to connect to the internet or available locations. This is helpful to quickly troubleshoot network access from machines to key resources
An error handler exits 0 only when it repaired what made the guarded task fail. This one only reports, so it always exits 1, holding the machine for a person; re-assign the workflow or stage to recover.
