flash-diag¶

Diagnose installed firmware versions using vendor-specific tools.

This task detects the system manufacturer and uses the appropriate vendor tools (racadm for Dell, ilorest for HPE, OneCli for Lenovo, SAA/SUM for Supermicro) to collect installed firmware versions. Results are uploaded to DRP file storage at:

diag/flash///flash-diag.md

The timestamp subfolder uses UTC ISO-8601 format (YYYYMMDDTHHmmSS), so multiple runs accumulate without overwriting prior output.

The output is a Markdown file with headings per vendor tool and fenced code blocks per command, suitable for rendering in the DRP UX, docs, or AI assistants.
