A task to configure ESXi standard network vswitch/portgroups etc.

This Stage allows an operator to configure vSphere vSwitch, Portgroups, VMNICs, VMKs, bonding/teaming rules, and policies. Please see the Param Documentation for esxi/standard-network-mappings for more complete usage details.
