Pipeline definition for OpenShift Spoke Cluster in hub-spoke deployment

This profile defines the spoke cluster pipeline for hub-spoke OpenShift deployments. It inherits from the base OpenShift cluster pipeline and adds the spoke join task that connects the spoke cluster to the hub using oc commands.

• openshift/hub-cluster-kubeconfig: Kubeconfig for accessing the hub cluster
