Pipeline definition for OpenShift Hub Cluster in hub-spoke deployment

This profile defines the hub cluster pipeline for hub-spoke OpenShift deployments. It inherits from the base OpenShift cluster pipeline and adds the hub initialization task that downloads a git repo via SSH, logs into the cluster, and runs ansible-playbook.

New Parameters¶

• openshift/hub-cluster-init-repo: SSH-based git repo reference for hub init
• openshift/hub-cluster-init-repo-ssh-key: SSH key for accessing the init repo
