Pipeline variant: installs VMware ESXi 8 in the OS phase

Installs VMware ESXi 8 during the OS phase. Inherits the standard phase chain from the default Pipeline, overrides the OS phase to run the ESXi install workflow, and binds the universal-application-esxi8-install profile to drive the ESXi kickstart deploy. Apply a vendor- or build-specific universal-application profile to override the image.
