Pipeline variant: installs AlmaLinux 10 (latest minor) in the OS phase

Installs AlmaLinux 10 (latest minor) during the OS phase. Inherits the standard phase chain from the default Pipeline and binds the universal-application-alma-10 profile to select the OS. Apply a specific point-release universal-application profile to override the minor version.
