universal/prepare-phase-workflows¶

Ordered list of workflows the chain runs during the optional prepare phase

The default Pipeline (content/pipelines/default.yaml) ships this empty. This file declares the param so .ParamExpand resolves to the default when the machine's Pipeline does not define it, rather than erroring with "not in scope".
