universal/hardware-phase-workflows¶

Ordered list of workflows the chain runs during the hardware phase

The default Pipeline (content/pipelines/default.yaml) ships this empty; operators populate it via hardware profiles or per-vendor child Pipelines. This file declares the param so .ParamExpand resolves to the default when the machine's Pipeline does not define it, rather than erroring with "not in scope".
