universal/discover-phase-workflows¶

Ordered list of workflows the chain runs during the discover phase

The default Pipeline (content/pipelines/default.yaml) sets the shipped value; a child Pipeline, Blueprint, or Machine Profile may override it. This file declares the param so .ParamExpand resolves to the default when the machine's Pipeline does not define it, rather than erroring with "not in scope".
