universal/app-phase-workflows¶

Ordered list of workflows the chain runs during the app phase

The default Pipeline (content/pipelines/default.yaml) ships this empty; operators populate it per-application via Blueprints or child Pipelines. This file declares the param so .ParamExpand resolves to the default when the machine's Pipeline does not define it, rather than erroring with "not in scope".
