universal/app-phase-context¶

Context the app phase runs in. Empty means on the machine.

Sets the execution Context for the app pipeline phase. When the chain workflow enters the app phase it applies this value as the machine's BaseContext, so the phase's tasks run in the named Context (an alternate execution environment such as a Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes engine).

An empty string (the default) runs the phase's tasks directly on the machine.

Set on a Pipeline, Blueprint, or Machine Profile to target the app phase at a specific Context.
