APT primary mirror URI for arm64 Ubuntu autoinstall.

Specifies the APT primary mirror URI for arm64 architecture during Ubuntu autoinstall (20.04 and newer). Useful in air-gapped or restricted environments where a local mirror is required.

Defaults to the official Ubuntu ports mirror.
