ipmi/power-confirm-interval¶
How long a Redfish power action waits for one reset to take before re-sending it.
A whole number of seconds. Applies to the poweron, poweroff, powersoft
and powercycle actions on the Redfish driver, and is bounded by
ipmi/power-confirm-timeout.
After sending a reset, the action polls PowerState every 5 seconds. If the
system has not reached the requested state within this interval, the reset is
sent again. Re-sending is safe: a reset to a state the system already holds
is a no-op.
The default is 30 seconds. Shorten it to recover faster from a dropped
reset, at the cost of sending more of them; lengthen it for a platform whose
power transitions are slow enough that a re-send would be premature.
