ipmi/firmware-expect-continue

Send Expect: 100-continue when pushing a firmware image to the BMC.

When true, the multipart firmware push sends an Expect: 100-continue header and waits for the BMC to accept the request before streaming the image, which is what curl does for a body of this size. Go does not send the header on its own, so without this the body starts streaming immediately.

Defaults to false, leaving the request unchanged for BMCs that work today. Enable it on a BMC that rejects a large multipart push, such as one answering 413 for an image the same operation accepts from curl.

A BMC that ignores the header costs one second per push rather than failing, since the client streams the body anyway once the continue timeout expires. A BMC that actively refuses the expectation answers 417.

Applies only to the multipart push, not to SimpleUpdate.
