Full path to the pwsh executable used to run Hyper-V commands

Optional. When unset, the plugin locates pwsh.exe (then pwsh) on the DRP endpoint's PATH using exec.LookPath. Set this when pwsh is not on the PATH, e.g. /mnt/c/Users//AppData/Local/Microsoft/WindowsApps/pwsh.exe
