eikon/kexec-kernel¶

Full path to kernel file.

Overrides the kernel the task finds in the deployed image.

Accepts either a path already valid on the running machine, for example /mnt/boot/vmlinuz-6.8.0-31-generic, or one written relative to the image's boot filesystem the way bootloader configs write them, for example /boot/vmlinuz-6.8.0-31-generic or /vmlinuz-6.8.0-31-generic. The task probes /mnt and /mnt/boot to resolve the relative forms.

Defaults to empty string in order to prevent overriding what was discovered in the task.
