container/clean¶

Whether the generic containerStop action removes the container or merely stops it.

Controls how thoroughly containerStop tears down the target container.

false, the default, stops the container with container stop and leaves it in place afterwards, so its filesystem, logs, and exit state remain available for inspection.

true force-removes the container with container rm --force instead, deleting it outright rather than merely stopping it. Use this when the container's own state is no longer needed and should not accumulate on the host.
