fix(image-deploy): adds fix to curtin install
Adds rm and param to skip removal of the mdev.log and mdev.seq files found
on the hammer distros that cause curtin to puke. The default is to remove the
unneeded files from the dev dir and allows a user to keep them if for some reason
they need them.

feat(embed): Switch to native go embed support.
Switch over everything to use the native go embed support for
content and embedded assets. This also tweaks the build process to
not regenerate assets that don;t need regeneration, and should result
in space savings for plugins that embed larger assets.

fix(ipmi/quirks): Refactor IPMI quirk support.
IPMI quirk handling was a hodgepodge from the original Digital Rebar.
Refactor it from a YAML blob processed by some hideous bash into some
less hideous JSON processed by bash and jq.
