universal-prepare¶

Prepare entry point

Default prepare-phase workflow. It takes a machine from a known-but-unbooted state toward discovery and hands control back to the chain. Prepare is not always required, so this workflow is opt-in: add it to universal/prepare-phase-workflows to run it.

The prepare work (for example out-of-band BMC actions issued from a context to bring the machine to PXE) is added as stages here, or per-deployment via the universal/prepare-pre-flexiflow and universal/prepare-post-flexiflow lists.
