linux-package-updates¶

Update Linux repos to enable package installs

This task is designed to work on multiple Linux versions and families. This should be injected by Universal Workflow if needed.

Before doing package manager install, Linux families expect that you have updated the packages.

This task performs that update step so that install tasks do not have to repeat that work.
