Install an esxi image

Deploy an ESXi Hypervisor via a pre-built raw image, as opposed to using a Kickstart network scripted install with an ISO file.

This is typically used in the universal-esxi-image-install Workflow which should be called with an appropriate Infrastructure Pipeline, as post image deployment will require personalization of the installed ESXi image; typically via the universal-esxi-config Workflow.
