Checks connectivity with a configured DRP endpoint

This task verifies connectivity with the specified DRP endpoint by attempting to retrieve basic endpoint information using drpcli.

If the connection fails or times out, the task will error out and log appropriate messages. This task is designed to be used before backup operations to ensure the endpoint is reachable and responsive.
