Destroys all backup runner machines associated with this backup server
This task identifies and destroys all backup runner machines that were created for the backup server. It handles both single endpoint deployments and HA clusters by processing all UUIDs in the backup/backup-runner-machine-uuids parameter.
It checks for any pending work orders before destruction and ensures all resources are properly cleaned up.
