backup-cleanup-files-during-remove¶
Removes all backup files and directories for an endpoint during backup server removal
This task permanently deletes all backup files and directories associated with the endpoint being backed up by this backup server during the removal process.
The task removes: - The entire storage directory (backup/storage-location) which includes backup archives and uncompressed backup data
This operation is irreversible and should only be used when decommissioning a backup server and the backup data is no longer needed.
The task only runs if backup/cleanup-files-during-remove is set to true.
