Provides a test stage for validating the task-list-add.tmpl

This Stage implements a task injection example for using the task-list-add.tmpl for injecting tasks.

This uses the task-library/task-add-test-list parameter as a task list. This uses the task-library/task-add-test-list-name as the name of the list parameter.

The defaults will work.

This is a test and example of using task injection tools and how to use it in all the various operating environments.
