Example Rocky 9 cloud image using a rootfs image in an eikon/plan.

The image was downloaded and coverted to rootfs using the following commands.

virt-tar-out -a Rocky-9-GenericCloud-Base.latest.x86_64.qcow2 / - | zstd -o rocky9.tar.zst
drpcli files upload rocky9.raw.zst as images/eikon/rocky9.raw.zst

There is no sha256sum provided for the image. The example uses the latest image which is updated regularly.
