Profile to configure bootstrap-contexts to download the openshift-client-runner context

Use this profile in tandem with the bootstrap-contexts bootstrap profile to download the OpenShift Client Runner context.

Provide an openshift/bootstrap-versions parameter to specify the desired versions of OpenShift to bootstrap. The default is stable.
