Debug Assist: Show Last TF Plan applied

If terraform/debug-plan is true, then captures the Plan generated by terraform-apply for the attached system and stores in terraform/debug-review-plan attach to the requesting the cluster.

Note

Stored as BASE64 Encoded!

In all other cases, terraform-apply will attempt to REMOVE this Param to avoid have stale or secure information saved.

Warning

This exposes secure information in the Plan and should be used only for debug purposes.
