systemd-timesyncd-setlocalrtc

Controls setting the systemd-timesyncd use of the 'set-local-rtc' option

Setting this Param to the non-default value of false will force the Task systemd-timesyncd to disable setting the RTC to the local clock time.

By default (true), the systemd-timesyncd service will attempt to set the RTC to the locally NTP synced clock. This is necessary to prevent problems with the Time Zone changes and daylight savings time adjustments.
