Debugging option to set message error dialog timeout value

If there are any errors in installation, the SuSe installer will raise a dialog window with a message timeout value of 10 seconds by default.

This Param allows the operator to tune this value, used primarly as a debugging method when there are errors with an autoyast.xml answerfile.

The default value specified here is 3 seconds which allows only enough time for an operator to see an error message during installation, but not enough time to intercept it and optionally stop the installer.

Perhaps a value of 20 seconds (or more) may be desired if there are truly errors that need debugging.
