Disk Encryption Password¶

Password used to encrypt the root partition when suse-agama/encryption-enabled is true. This password will be required at boot to unlock the encrypted root filesystem.

Requirements¶

• Required when suse-agama/encryption-enabled: true
• Must be strong enough for your security requirements
• Will be needed at every system boot

Security Notes¶

• Stored encrypted in DRP (Secure: true)
• Not recoverable if lost - system will be inaccessible
• Consider TPM-based FDE for automated unlocking in trusted environments
