A map of tool options

This map defines possible version for the system to try.

The script should process $archive into $target. It will only be run if the $archive is downloaded. The $IS_HW variable has the manufacturer for usage in deciding tool delivery.

The packages are processed in order and if one is found it will be used first and the rest in the list will be skipped.
