Defines NAPALM driver config for extra arguments

Defines the NAPALM driver config for extra arguments. Effectively allows a free-form extension of the Driver config, should a specific driver have options beyond hostname, username, password, driver, and optional arguments.

This must render in valid format, and if it is more than one line of content, subsequent lines after the first MUST be prefixed with four spaces (thank YAML for that)

foo=bar
    baz=futz
