Defines the vmknic interface IP address for VSAN.

Defines the vmknic IP address for VSAN configuration on the vSphere ESXi host.

If this setting and the esxi/vsan-vmknic-netmask are both empty, then they are assumed to have been configured already by prior Stage/Task runs.
