discovery-if-ignore-list

Defines a list of interfaces to ignore during machine discovery

This is an array of strings where each string is an interface name that will be ignored if found on a system during discovery.

This is to handle things like Supermicro adding random MAC addresses from certain drivers.

This does not have a default, but on supermicro systems it might be useful to set [ "usb0" ].
