A list of files to pull from DRP to replace providers

The list of the files are in a terraform-update top level directory in the files space.

Also, the name of the plugin is the full path in the override space.

e.g. local/proxmox/5.0.0/linux_amd64/terraform-provider-proxmox_v5.0.0

This would provide a file that will be stored in the location. In conjunction with the proxmox/provider-version and proxmox/provider-source parameters, this would update the proxmox provider.

e.g. proxmox/provider-version 5.0.0 e.g. proxmox/provider-source terraform.local/local/proxmox

The replaced plugins are in the terraform.local space. The rest of the path matches the path in the plugin names.
