AlmaLinux-10 install boot environment.

This bootenv is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. See https://www.centos.org/centos-linux-eol/.

This BootEnv installs the CentOS 7 Minimal operating system. Both x86_64 and aarch64 architectures are supported.
