Apply but don't activate network config on Machine
Used to apply a one-shot network configuration to a Machine based on the Params:
net/interface-topology: physical device config and setupnet/interface-config: network addressing configuration
Note that this utility Blueprint should be carefully evaluated to determine if the defined changes in the Param may disrupt the hosts network configuration when it is enabled.
The configuration is written to the system, but no network restart or other operations are performed to activate the configuration. The operator must provide a network restart or host restart to enable the changes.
